DAHAIY vs JUSTHERO Spec Showdown
Total weight
The JUSTHERO model weighs 36 pounds, making it significantly lighter than the DAHAIY option, which weighs 66 pounds. This 30-pound difference is substantial for anyone who needs to lift the chair into a vehicle trunk or carry it up stairs. The JUSTHERO’s lightweight frame allows for easier handling by seniors or caregivers. The DAHAIY is heavier, which may provide more stability for some users but makes transportation more difficult. If portability is your primary concern, the JUSTHERO’s lighter build is a clear advantage for frequent travel or storage in tight spaces.
Range
The DAHAIY wheelchair offers a maximum travel range of 20 miles per charge. The JUSTHERO model provides a range of 15 miles. This 5-mile difference may matter if you plan longer outings without access to charging points. The DAHAIY’s higher capacity battery supports longer journeys between charges. The JUSTHERO’s range is sufficient for daily errands and shorter trips. For users who cover more ground in a single day, the DAHAIY provides extra distance. If your daily travel needs are under 15 miles, both models are adequate.
Weight capacity
The JUSTHERO power wheelchair supports a maximum weight capacity of 350 pounds. The DAHAIY listing does not specify a weight capacity in the provided data. This is a critical specification for safety and structural integrity. If you or the user weigh close to 350 pounds, the JUSTHERO offers a verified limit. For lighter users, both chairs are likely suitable. However, the lack of specified data for the DAHAIY means you cannot confirm its limit. The JUSTHERO provides a clear, high-capacity option for heavier users.
Motor power
The JUSTHERO features a 500W brushless motor. The DAHAIY listing mentions a powerful motor but does not list the wattage. The 500W motor on the JUSTHERO supports climbing slopes up to 12 degrees. Brushless motors generally require less maintenance and run more quietly. The DAHAIY’s motor power is unspecified, so you cannot compare performance on inclines directly. The JUSTHERO’s known motor specs suggest robust performance for outdoor terrain. If you need to know exact power output, the JUSTHERO provides that data.
Battery type
The JUSTHERO uses a 12Ah lithium battery that weighs only 4.8 pounds. It charges in 3 to 4 hours. The DAHAIY listing does not specify the battery type or weight. Lithium batteries are lighter and often have a longer lifespan than lead-acid alternatives. The JUSTHERO’s battery is also removable, which is convenient for charging indoors. The DAHAIY’s battery details are missing from the data. If you prefer a lighter, removable battery with known charging times, the JUSTHERO offers these specific benefits.
Which Power Wheelchair Fits You
Lightweight lifting needs
The JUSTHERO model weighs only 36 pounds. This makes it much easier to lift into a car trunk or carry up stairs. The DAHAIY weighs 66 pounds, which is significantly heavier. If you need to move this wheelchair frequently by hand, the lighter frame reduces physical strain during transport and storage.
Longer travel range needs
The DAHAIY offers a maximum range of 20 miles per charge. The JUSTHERO provides 15 miles. If you plan longer daily outings or need to cover more distance without recharging, the DAHAIY battery capacity supports extended travel. This extra range provides more flexibility for trips away from home.
Higher weight capacity needs
The JUSTHERO supports a maximum weight capacity of 350 pounds. The DAHAIY data does not specify a capacity, so you cannot assume it meets this limit. If you require a wheelchair that can safely support heavier loads, the JUSTHERO explicitly lists this higher weight rating in its specifications.
